Vancouver Industrial and Natural Resource Photography Projects
Over the last few years, Rob Trendiak has been photographing mega industrial and natural resource projects across British Columbia. It has been both an honour and an education. I’ve witnessed engineers tear up after achieving groundbreaking milestones from years of hard work. I’ve sat in smokehouses with elders, listening to their stories of resilience and tradition. I’ve seen firsthand how major corporations can uplift small communities, enhancing local economies, infrastructure, and the small businesses that make these places thrive. I’ve had the opportunity to explore the great Canadian outdoors and know how important it is to protect our environment. My mission is to help industrial and natural resource companies tell their stories and document their projects in an authentic way through bold storytelling images. I am so thankful for each project I’ve had the privilege of photographing and look forward to continuing my work in telling these uniquely Canadian stories.
